本研究では、ミトコンドリア恒常性障害の観点から、顎骨壊死（MRONJ）における間葉系幹細胞（MSC）修復不全のメカニズムを解析する。また、ゾレドロン酸（ZA）と炎症性微小環境によって誘発されるミトコンドリア酸化ストレスおよびその関連経路との関係性についても検討する。本研究の目的は、MSC機能不全の分子基盤を解明し、新たな治療標的を探索することである。

本研究は、中国の歴史地区を研究対象として、現地調査、文献・図面の照合・分析、地理情報技術を用いた関連データの収集・分析を通じて、西街区の保存と持続的発展のために、より信頼性の高い分析結果を提供するものである。同時に、開発と保全、開発効果評価モデルを通じて、その開発効果を評価する。以上の手法により、西街区歴史地区の問題点を明らかにし、解決策を提案することを目的とする。
