Role of histone acetylation by HBO1 in origin licensing Department of Medicinal Sciences, Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences The initiation of human DNA replication is regulated by “licensing” of the replication origin. Licensing involves the action of ORC, Cdc6, and Cdt1, and the loading of the DNA helicase, MC [...]
Exploration of estrogen-deficiency osteoclast precursor cell and target molecule for osteoporosis Department of Dental Science, Graduate School of Dental Science Postmenopausal women have deficiency of estrogen. It causes osteoporosis by bone loss which is high risk of bone fracture. Estrogen signal is against the signal of NF-κB that regulating factor of met [...]
中学校における小集団を対象としたストレスマネジメント教育の実践的研究 Department of Clinical Psychology and Community Studies, Graduate School of Human-Environment Studies
Functions of CNS Border-Associated Macrophages in Development and Pathological Conditions Department of Medical Sciences, Graduate School of Medical Sciences The central nervous system (CNS) hosts several macrophages, which include microglia that occupy the parenchyma of the brain, and CNS border-associated macrophages (CAMs) that are found at the border, [...]
Development of a Sequential Click-Reactive Molecular Platform for the Construction of Multifunctional Antibody–Drug Conjugates (ADC) Department of Medicinal Sciences, Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences This study aims to develop a platform molecule compatible with antibodies that enables sequential click reactions. The developed platform will be utilized for the convergent synthesis of antibody-drug [...]
Quantum sensing using photoexcited triplet electron spin Department of Applied Chemistry, Graduate School of Engineering Quantum sensing, which uses the unique properties of quantum for sensing, is expected to surpass the theoretical limit of conventional sensing. Quantum sensing uses qubits, which extend the classical [...]
Microwave-assisted catalytic degradation of plastics and other organic wastes Department of Interdisciplinary Engineering Science, Interdisciplinary Graduate School of Engineering Sciences Plastic pollution has become a global environmental challenge, with massive plastic waste accumulating on land and in oceans, harming ecosystems. Traditional treatment methods struggle to fully degrad [...]
High-Sensitive detection of Angiotensin Oligopeptides by Acetylation-LC-TIMS-qTOF/MS Department of Bioscience and Biotechnology, Graduate School of Bioresource and Bioenvironmental Sciences Hypertension is one of the leading causes of cardiovascular disease and poses a significant threat to global health. Despite its prevalence, the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying its onset rema [...]
