This webinar will introduce the concept of Cultural Intelligence and explore how cultural factors influence interaction, discussion, and decision-making within multicultural teams. Participants will gain practical tools, real-life examples, and valuable insights that can be applied in everyday life.
We especially welcome students planning to study abroad in Sweden or other countries, faculty and staff involved in Japan–Sweden exchange programs, and anyone engaged in international collaboration.
