Development of carbene-transfer reaction using dihydrogen as electrons source Department of Applied Chemistry, Graduate School of Engineering
In vitro reconstitution of the eukaryotic DNA mismatch repair in the context of chromatin Department of Systems Life Sciences, Graduate School of Systems Life Sciences DNA mismatch repair (MMR) is a mutation avoidance system that post-replicatively corrects nucleotide misincorporation errors. However, eukaryotic genomes are wrapped around histones to be assembled in [...]
Development of pharmaceutical protein production technology by transgenic chickens Department of Chemical Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering Animal cells such as Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells have been utilized as producer host cells for the production of pharmaceutical proteins. However, the culturing of these animal cells requires la [...]
Study on soft 7-DoF upper-limb power-assist robots Department of Mechanical Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering With the increasing ageing and various muscle diseases, more and more people are suffering from muscular weakness that makes them hard to cope with daily life. In order to solve this problem, we devel [...]
Establishing a method of dark matter detection using Two-level atom system Department of Physics, Graduate School of Science As a universal detection method for dark matter, I propose utilizing the energy dissipation phenomenon of a two-level atomic system in curved spacetime (i.e., in a gravitational field). It is well know [...]
Convenient Direct Catalytic Synthesis of Primary Allylic Amines from Allylic Alcohols with Ammonium Acetate Department of Medicinal Sciences, Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences Allylic amines are ubiquitous, prevalent in various biologically active compounds, and essential as synthetic intermediates for many organic compounds. We reported the first direct catalytic amination [...]
Study of superconducting mechanism in palladium hydrides by controlling the lattice vibrations Department of Applied Quantum Physics and Nuclear Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering Palladium hydrides exhibit superconductivity at hydrogen concentrations above 0.8. The role of hydrogen atoms in the mechanism of hydride superconductivity will be clarified by microscopic measurement [...]
A Study on ASR Expansion of Concrete and its Prediction Method Department of Civil Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering
