Call for The 3rd Marie Sklodowska Curie Award

The Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) is now accepting applications for the 3rd Maria Skłodowska Curie Award for young female researchers. This award recognizes the efforts of young female researchers who are expected to be active internationally, and is open to graduate students (doctoral course). Interested course students are encouraged to apply.

【Application Guideline】
●Application Deadline: Noon, Monday, December 11, 2023 (Japan Time)
●Eligibility
・Early career female researchers who have obtained a PhD within the last five* years including postdoc (as of April 1, 2023), PhD students, and those who are equivalent to them. * Taking into account periods of inactivity in research activities due to life events.
・Any research discipline related to science and technology.
・Holding Japanese citizenship. Place of residence is not required.
●Awards
・Grand Prize (for one person) : 1M yen, Travel expenses (transportation and accommodation) to visit research institutes in Poland (The stay will be about 2 weeks. Travel is expected in the fall of 2024).
・Inspiration Prize (for two people): 500K yen (each)
