The 3MT is an international competition in which Phd students present their research in English, using only one slide in three minutes.
It began in 2008 at the University of Queensland (Australia), a partner institution of Kyushu University, and has since grown into a highly regarded competition with over 900 participating universities from 85 countries.
On the day of the Final, the 12 finalists (inckuding 7 SPRING students) who advanced from the preliminary round will compete in presentations.
The winner will proceed to the virtual Asia-Pacific 3MT Competition hosted by UQ.
