Overview:
HIRAKU-Global was selected in fiscal year 2019 for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology’s “Strategic Development Program for Researchers Capable of Global Impact” (10-year term) and has been implementing its initiatives. HIRAKU-Global is a consortium formed by multiple national universities in the Chugoku-Shikoku region, tasked with nurturing young researchers who will actively contribute globally and exert significant influence and impact.
For this event, we welcome Dr. Tony Z. Jia, HIRAKU-Global Program Manager, who will introduce HIRAKU-Global and discuss initiatives within the program focused on “internationality.” This is a valuable opportunity to learn about various activities in the Chugoku-Shikoku region.
